Child's Galaxy supports your right to privacy at a level that exceeds the standard in the internet community.
We feel the value of our customers privacy demands more than a generic paragraph. As a result, we are committed to
maintaining a thorough and effective privacy policies for all our web guests. As such, we proudly offer this section
to provide all our guests with the important details on what information we do and do not collect. Periodically, we may change
or add to this section and would suggest to our visitors to review the date of this policy on each visit for any changes that may take place.

What We Collect and How It's Used: |
Purchasing with Child's Galaxy:
We will obtain your name, address, email
address and in some cases phone number as provided by you to our payment provider when completing a purchase.
This information is used by Child's Galaxy only as it relates to the shipping and delivery needs of the respective transaction.
Child's Galaxy helps control any unauthorized access to this information through safe and secure storage off-line directly with our company.
All off-line orders (mail) are held to these same standards. We may use the information you provide to contact you
only as it directly relates to the order at hand. For example, we may need to clarify an incomplete shipping address
or a high dollar order charged through your credit card that is providing conflicting information.
Visiting our site: Child's Galaxy uses a Web Hosting service to bring
you our web pages. This service provides Child's Galaxy with non-identifying and aggregate information related
to the activity that takes place on our web site. This information typically contains data such as pages viewed, length of time
on the site, dates and times of each visit. Subsiquently, this collective information may be used solely in the form of what
Child's Galaxy refers to as an Anonymous Statistic (see Anonymous Statistics).
Anonymous Statistics :
The collective data used to create an Anonymous Statistic does not contain any information that can personally
identify a specific user. For example, when visitor X enters our site and clicks on the "Best Sellers", Child's Galaxy may
use this information to identify that visitor X is one of 400 visitors that decided to look at our "Best Seller" this month.
Another example would arise when visitor X completes a purchase from our "Best Sellers". Child's Galaxy may use this
information to simply show that X is one of 100 anonymous customers that have purchased from our "Best Sellers" this month.
These statistics may be used by Child's Galaxy to determine our most viewed pages, popular products and busiest shopping times.
Ultimately, they assists us in identifying opportunities to improve our site and, in turn, improve your shopping experience.
Child's Galaxy may share our
Anonymous Statistics (such as number of visits and/or most popular products viewed) with other parties to
create business relationships designed to enhance our overall performance. In every case and without exception, a visitors
identification can not take place for the simple fact that this data does not contain any information that
can personally identify a user. As a result, the information is used only as a performance measurement.
Legal Request : As the standard exception, we may be required to release customer information when
it is determined that the release is necessary to comply with the law of any state/province or to protect the rights,
property and safety of Child's Galaxy or our customers or others. This may include requests within the Legal Profession,
Loss Prevention, Government or Law Enforcement.

the approach that our customers know what they want and how to find it. With this in mind, we made a conscious decision
to let your shopping experience with Child's Galaxy be a
Soliciting Free Environment.
We've made a committment to ensure your visits and purchases are done so without the obligation of having to allow your information be used in
Future eMail Offers, Cross Selling, Promotions or Newsletters.
No Cookies: We've worked hard to create a structure
within our site that allows us to maintain an effective website without the need to drop cookies on your hard drive
during your visits. We are pleased to offer you a Cookie Free Environment on every Child's Galaxy page prior
to the payment process. Cookies are small
text files, usually less than 1K in size, that web sites place on your computer's hard drive through your web browser.
No Storing of Credit Card Information:
Child's Galaxy has made a conscious decision
to never receive or store your credit card information. We have researched the industry and enrolled the professional
services of one of the leading, safest and securest payment providers. Not directly storing your credit card information
is another method we use to limit the information Child's Galaxy collects during the relationships with our customers.
No Information Submitted By Kids/Children: Our web site is designed and marketed towards
providing adults with a safely and secure place to purchase products for children over the internet. Child's Galaxy does not knowingly collect
information or accept orders from customers under 16 years of age. To support this, our web site has incorporated a policy
within our Terms Of Use page under the "Permitted Users and Access" section. Accordingly, the use of our web site does
not require any type of user login, nor do we offer any form of Kid Clubs or mailing list enrolment. In additional to our Terms Of Use page we
display this reminder on our "My Cart" page. All on-line orders require credit cards and/or checking accounts whcih will each hold their
own respective age of majority requirements.

This Privacy Policy
applies to all information gathered and/or submitted through the use of our web site with the exception of the information
provided to process online payments. Child's Galaxy has enrolled the services of Paypal to safely and securely process
these transaction. As a result, a separate relationship is established between you and Paypal through the use of these
offered services. As Paypal is not affiliated with Child's Galaxy, they will hold their own Privacy Practices which can
be viewed directly through their site at www.paypal.com
